US President Donald Trump confirmed that he used harsh words against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during a phone conversation.
Modern.az reports that Donald Trump spoke about this in an interview with the "Pod Force One" podcast.
The US leader stated that during his conversation with Netanyahu, he expressed his concern about his continued military operations against Lebanon.
"I was concerned about his continuous war with Lebanon," D. Trump said.
According to information, Israel's operations against "Hezbollah" negatively affect the negotiations between Washington and Tehran. The Iranian side demands a halt to Israeli attacks before the possible agreement on the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz and the nuclear program.
At the same time, Donald Trump emphasized that his relations with Netanyahu are good:
"We have cooperated very well. I love Bibi very much and I work well with him," the US President noted.
