Political forces dissatisfied with the final results of the parliamentary elections in Armenia can appeal to the Constitutional Court until June 19.
Modern.az reports that the chairman of the country's Central Election Commission (CEC) Vaagn Hovakimyan informed about this.
The CEC chairman stated that June 19 is the last day for complaints and the next processes will depend on the court's decision. He clarified that the final results of the elections will be announced on June 14, and until then, the received complaints will be considered and the votes will be recounted.
It should be noted that according to preliminary results, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's "Civil Contract" Party won the elections with 49.83% of the votes. The "Strong Armenia" Party came in second with 23.28% of the votes, and the "Armenia" bloc led by Robert Kocharyan came in third with 9.93% of the votes.
