India summons US diplomat to MEA

US Chargé d'Affaires Jason Mix has been summoned to the Indian Ministry of External Affairs in connection with the attack on the oil tanker "Settebello".

Modern.az reports that the Indian Ministry of External Affairs issued a statement on this.

The MEA statement said that attacks on commercial shipping and civilian infrastructure in the region should stop.

It should be noted that the US army neutralized the oil tanker "Settebello" sailing under the flag of Palau in the Gulf of Oman.
