A fire broke out in a shoe factory in Fujian province, eastern China, killing 28 people.

Modern.az reports that "Xinhua" agency disseminated information about this.

It was reported that Chinese President Xi Jinping ordered to strengthen search and rescue operations, determine the cause of the incident and bring the perpetrators to justice.

According to CCTV, at the instruction of Xi Jinping, the Ministry of Emergency Situations sent a working group to the scene to provide assistance.
