Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's visit to the US, planned for next week, has been postponed.
Modern.az reports that Israel's "i24" television channel spread information about this, citing sources.
According to the information, the reason for the postponement of the visit was the failure to agree on the date of the meeting with US President Donald Trump. It is reported that no agreement was reached between the parties regarding the agenda and expected results of the meeting.
The Israeli Prime Minister's office, however, linked the postponement of the visit to a change in the date of US Senator Lindsey Graham's funeral. In addition, according to i24, the decision was also influenced by the complicated diplomatic situation between Washington and Tehran.
