The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that it had carried out a large-scale operation against US military facilities in the Middle East.
Modern.az reports that the IRGC stated that it had struck US military bases in Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Qatar, and Syria, as well as the positions of Kurdish armed groups in Iraqi Kurdistan.
According to the information, the attacks were carried out with missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles. The Iranian side claims that the operation is a response to the activities of the US and its allies in the region.
It should be noted that in recent days, US-Iran talks have been suspended, and the parties have announced that the ceasefire regime has been violated. Amidst the observed tension, warnings were voiced about the increasing risk of military confrontation in the region.
