Let us remind you that Timur Tkachenko was appointed head of the Kyiv City Military Administration on December 31, 2024. Before that, he worked as the Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine, and was also a member of the Supervisory Board of "Ukrposhta".
It should be noted that Timur Tkachenko, born in 1989, is an active member of the Congress of Azerbaijanis of Ukraine, a representative of the Council of Elders of Azerbaijan in Ukraine, and the son of the late Firudin Mammadov, originally from Shamkir district of Azerbaijan. His father died in 2023.
