Elman Telman oglu Abdullayev has been recalled from the post of Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to UNESCO.

Modern.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on this matter.

By another decree of the President, Fakhraddin Najaf oglu Ismayilov has been appointed Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to UNESCO.
