Kyiv is not interested in a peaceful resolution of the conflict.
Modern.az reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin said this during a visit to the command post of the joint group of forces.
“If Kyiv does not want to resolve the conflict peacefully, we will achieve the goals of the special military operation by military means,” Putin noted.
