Last night, the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Novgorod region was attacked.
Modern.az reports that the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement regarding this.
Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that Russia would deliver a retaliatory strike.
"Ninety-one UAVs were launched and shot down. After the attack on Putin's residence, the targets and timing of Russia's retaliatory strike have been determined," he noted. "Russia's negotiating position will be reviewed taking into account the Kyiv regime's recent transition to a policy of state terrorism," Lavrov stated.
However, the minister added that "Russia does not intend to withdraw from the negotiation process itself."
Ukraine, however, has not confirmed the attack on Putin's residence.
