The Religious Administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan has promised to launch the "Imam AI" mobile application, which operates based on artificial intelligence technologies. The application is planned to be implemented in 2026.
Modern.az reports that Kazakhstan's Supreme Mufti Naurızbay Taqanulı provided information on this matter.
According to the information, the mobile application will provide immediate answers to religious questions by referring to reliable sources. "In accordance with modern requirements, we must systematically integrate the capabilities of artificial intelligence into the religious sphere," the statement emphasized.
According to Kazakhstan's Supreme Mufti, this will not only help people receive quick and reliable answers to their religious questions but also reduce the workload of the clergy.
