Thailand has reached an agreement with the Islamic Republic of Iran to allow oil tankers to pass safely through the Strait of Hormuz.

Modern.az reports that this was announced by Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul.

He stated that this agreement will alleviate the country's concerns regarding fuel imports.
