Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced that the military campaign against Hezbollah will continue.
Modern.az reports that Benjamin Netanyahu visited the positions of Israeli troops in southern Lebanon.
During the visit, he was accompanied by Defense Minister Israel Katz, Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir, and Commander of the Northern Military District, Major General Rafi Milo.
At the end of the visit, Netanyahu stated that operations against Hezbollah's military wing would continue. According to him, military activities, including within the security zone in Lebanon, are ongoing.
Netanyahu claimed that Israel's strikes against Hezbollah helped prevent a possible attack from Lebanon. He added that the Israeli army continues to fight against anti-tank attacks and long-range missile threats, but there is still much work to be done.
