US President Donald Trump said that Washington is currently focusing its main attention on Iran, and the issue of Ukraine is in the background.

Modern.az reports that the White House chief stated this during a conversation with journalists.

"The Ukraine topic is moving forward. I hope they can reach an agreement. But right now we are more focused on Iran and thinking about how to conclude this issue," Trump noted.
