The population of Ukraine is between 28-30 million.
Modern.az reports that Oleksandr Gladun, Deputy Director of the Institute of Demography of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, stated this.
"Ukraine is currently experiencing the lowest birth rate in approximately 250 years. If the war ends in the coming years, Ukraine's population will be 23-25 million in 2050," said Oleksandr Gladun.
He added that approximately 6 million people have left the country since the beginning of special military operations.
