Iran has removed missiles stored in warehouses and accelerated their modernization to be able to react quickly to new US military operations.

Modern.az reports that "NBC News" reported this, citing officials familiar with the situation.

Officials said Iran is using the ceasefire with the US to remove missiles from underground bunkers, including those whose entrances were closed during recent US airstrikes.

According to sources, the US believes that the Iranian authorities want to quickly restore their drone and ballistic missile launch capabilities to strike in the Middle East.

Officials said, "Iran has accelerated its efforts to retrieve its missiles and other ammunition in recent days, as talks to end the war appear to have stalled. The likelihood of the war restarting is increasing."

According to officials, Iran had hidden a large number of ballistic missiles and launchers underground even before the fighting began.
