Russia has decided to end the partial calm that has lasted for the past few days, and Ukraine will respond with the mirror principle.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
According to him, more than 200 attack drones were launched on the territory of Ukraine last night.
"Aviation bombs were again used on the front line - more than 80 bombs were dropped, more than 30 air attacks were recorded," the head of state noted.
He said that attack drones were shot down in Dnepropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions, as well as in Kyiv and surrounding areas. Energy facilities, multi-apartment residential buildings, a kindergarten were damaged, and a civilian railway locomotive was also hit. According to information, there are injured as a result of the attacks. Unfortunately, there are also dead.
"We said that we would respond to all of Russia's actions with the mirror principle. Russia must end this war and it must take the first step towards a real, long-term ceasefire. Until this happens, sanctions against Moscow are important and must remain in force and be further strengthened. It is important that partners do not back down and continue to work together for security, justice and a reliable peace," Zelensky emphasized.
