Four people have died in a light-engine medical plane crash in New Mexico, USA.

The incident occurred near the city of Ruidoso.
According to officials, none of the four people on board survived after the plane crashed. Lincoln County Chief Jason Burns said the causes of the crash are not yet known.
A large fire broke out in the area where the plane crashed. According to the fire department, the flames covered an area of approximately two hectares. Rescue and investigation teams are working at the scene.
