Kosovo's Prime Minister Albin Kurti won the snap parliamentary elections.
Modern.az reports with reference to foreign media that, however, his “Self-determination” (“Vetëvendosje”) party did not get enough mandates to form the government alone.
According to the results of 99.4 percent of the votes counted, Kurti's party collected approximately 43 percent of the votes. Since this indicator does not allow the government to be formed independently, the party will be forced to look for coalition partners.
With this, Kosovo enters a new stage of coalition talks to get out of the long-standing political crisis.
