Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the destruction of an American MQ-9 drone, as well as strikes on a US military base located in Jordan.
Modern.az reports that the IRGC's statement dated June 10 was published by the “Tasnim” agency.
The information states:
“Iranian missiles struck the Muwaffaq Salti US military base in Jordan.”
No information was provided about the consequences of the base being hit. However, according to news shared by the agency, the US military facility was protected by the Patriot air defense system, but this system could not prevent the Iranian strike.
