Another match has been held in the semi-final stage of the UEFA Champions League.
Modern.az reports that Spain's "Atletico" club faced England's "Arsenal" club in Madrid.
In the match held at the "Metropolitano" stadium, the "gunners" opened the scoring. Viktor Gyökeres put his team ahead in the 44th minute. Although the first half of the match ended with this score, Alves restored the balance in the 56th minute. Thus, "Atletico" settled for a 1:1 draw with "Arsenal" at home.
The match will be officiated by Dutchman Danny Makkelie.
The return leg between the sides will be on May 5.
It should be recalled that in the first match of the UEFA Champions League semi-final stage, PSG defeated German champion "Bayern" 5:4 in France.
