Another match of the 1/8 finals has been held at the FIFA World Cup co-hosted by the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
Modern.az reports that the national teams of Belgium and the USA faced each other. The match played at Lumen Field ended with a 4:1 victory for the Europeans. Charles De Ketelaere (9, 33), Hans Vanaken (57), and Romelu Lukaku (90+3) scored for Belgium. The only goal for the Americans was scored by Malik Tillman (31).
Belgium, who advanced to the 1/4 finals, will face Spain in this round.
It should be noted that Morocco, France, England, Norway, and Spain national teams had previously qualified for the 1/4 finals.
The World Cup will conclude on July 19.
