Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian will visit Iraq tomorrow.
Modern.az reports that, according to IRNA, Masoud Pezeshkian will travel to Iraq tomorrow to attend the farewell ceremony of Iran's late supreme leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
The ceremony is scheduled to take place on July 8.
The ceremony for the departure of Khamenei's p began this morning with the participation of numerous mourners.
The bodies of Khamenei and his family members will be taken to Qom on July 7 for funeral prayers. On July 8, Khamenei's p will be taken to the shrine of Imam Ali in Najaf, Iraq, as well as to the shrines of Imam Hussein and Hazrat Abbas in Karbala, where circumambulation and farewell ceremonies will be held.
On July 9, the p will be buried in the Imam Reza (AS) shrine in Mashhad, Iran.
