World-renowned Canadian rapper Drake has placed a large bet on Argentina defeating Spain in regular time in the 2026 World Cup final.
Modern.az reports with reference to foreign media that the rapper bet 1.5 million dollars on Argentina's victory. If the team led by Lionel Messi wins the final match within 90 minutes, Drake's total earnings will be more than 5 million dollars.
According to the information, the bet was placed through one of the famous online platforms.
It should be noted that Drake is known for his interest in sports betting. He has previously placed high-stakes bets on football, basketball, boxing, and UFC competitions multiple times. However, the failure of some of his predictions has even led to the phrase "Drake's curse" among sports fans.
