The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund has provided 237 new, fully renovated apartments to citizens in a residential complex located on Jafar Khandan Street in Binagadi district, Baku, within the framework of the rent-to-own mechanism.
Modern.az reports that the living spaces are 1, 2, and 3-room apartments, with monthly payments starting from 925 manats.
The new apartments will be available for selection on April 28, starting at 3:00 PM. Citizens can view the list of available living spaces via this link.
Applications and apartment selection are carried out through the Electronic Mortgage and Credit Guarantee system, integrated into the Electronic Government Information System (e-gov.az).
Detailed information on the rules for renting living spaces with an obligation to sell, acceptance of applications, selection and formalization of living spaces can be obtained from the Fund's website (www.mcgf.gov.az) and official Youtube channel (//www.youtube.com/@ipotekavekreditzemanetfondu), as well as from the "1549" Call Center.
To date, 9,306 rental agreements have been concluded within the framework of the rent-to-own mechanism.
