Modern.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev voiced this opinion during his speech at the official opening ceremony of the 31st “Baku Energy Forum”.
Emphasizing that our ratings are increasing year by year by leading international rating agencies, the head of our state noted that we already have an investment-grade rating.
The President, stating that poverty has been reduced to 5 percent and unemployment is around the same figures, also said: “We managed to significantly reduce foreign debt.”
