Turkmenistan gas will be transported to Turkey and Europe via Azerbaijan.
Modern.az reports that Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar spoke about this at the 31st Baku Energy Forum held in Baku.
The Minister noted that the two countries are an example to the world in the field of energy and touched upon the issue of transportation of Turkmenistan gas, which has been discussed for a long time:
"The time has come to transport Turkmenistan gas to Turkey and Europe via Azerbaijan. All our colleagues are very closely interested in this issue. We are at a time when everyone will say 'yes' to this project."
