In some parts of the country, rainy and windy weather conditions were observed.

It was reported that a north-westerly wind is blowing. The maximum wind speed intensified up to 20 m/s in Shahdag, 18 m/s in Naftalan, Mingachevir, 16 m/s in Yardimli, and 15 m/s in Sheki.
The height of the fallen snow was 22 cm in Gakh, Shahbuz, 16 cm in Gusar, 14 cm in Guba, 12 cm in Gadabay, 11 cm in Sheki (Kishchay), 6 cm in Khaltan, 5 cm in Ordubad, 4 cm in Gobustan, 3 cm in Altiaghaj, Sharur, and 2 cm in Julfa, Sadarak, Gusar.
The amount of precipitation was 6 mm in Shamakhi, Astara, 5 mm in Oghuz, 4 mm in Cocuq-Marjanli, Gabala, Altiaghaj, Lankaran, Lerik, 3 mm in Julfa, Ismayilli, Sheki, Shabran, Yardimli, 2 mm in Zagatala, Gakh, Neftchala, and 1 mm in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in Nakhchivan, Balakan, Tartar, Kurdamir, Sabirabad, Beylagan, Bilasuvar.
Fog was observed in Dashkasan, Gabala, Sheki, Gobustan, Shamakhi, Gusar, Gryz, Goychay, Kurdamir, Lerik. Visibility in the fog was limited to 200-500 meters.
The minimum air temperature was 0 degrees in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 10 degrees in Nakhchivan AR, 5 degrees in the lowland regions, and frost up to 12 degrees was recorded in the mountainous regions.
