In January-October of this year, the average monthly nominal salary of employees in Baku city was 1357.5 manats.

According to the information, this indicator is 8.5 percent higher compared to the corresponding period of 2024.
It should be noted that, while across the country, the average monthly nominal salary of hired employees in January-October 2025 increased by 9.4 percent compared to the corresponding period of 2024, reaching 1086.3 manats.
