The control commission of Armenia's ruling "Civil Contract" party has proposed expelling MP Hayk Sargsyan from the party.
Modern.az reports, citing Armenian media sources. According to the claim, the issue will be discussed in the party's board in the coming days.
The fact that the discussion has not yet taken place is explained by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan being abroad.
According to the information, the control commission has appealed to the board with a proposal to expel Sargsyan. A final decision on his expulsion from the party has not yet been made.
