Heads of state and government of the Alliance's 32 member countries are participating in the summit. Leaders and high-level representatives of partner countries also attended the meeting. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and South Korean President Lee Jae-myung also arrived in Ankara to attend the summit.
In addition, delegations from Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates are also represented at the summit.
According to information obtained by Modern.az, Azerbaijan is not represented at the NATO Ankara summit this time. According to sources, our country was not expected to participate in the summit.
It should be noted that at NATO summits, the main security issues on the Alliance's agenda, strengthening collective defense, regional and global security challenges, as well as prospects for cooperation with partner countries are discussed.
