Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that a blow was struck at the oil refinery located in Perm, Russia.
Modern.az reports with reference to foreign media that explosion sounds were heard in Perm tonight, and smoke was observed over the area where the "Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez" plant is located.
Zelensky stated that the blow was struck at the enterprise located more than 1600 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
"We continue our long-range strikes to return the consequences of the war to where it came from," the Ukrainian President noted.
In addition, it was reported that the Marinovka military airfield in Volgograd region and a number of targets in the Black Sea were also hit.
Let us remind you that the "Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez" plant belongs to 75-year-old Azerbaijani-born Russian businessman Vahid Alekperov.
