An explosion occurred in the military commandant's office building in Vsevolozhsk district, Leningrad Oblast, Russia.

Modern.az reports that Telegram channels have reported this.

According to information,  3 people died during the incident. The second and third floors of the building, as well as the attic, collapsed. The risk of further collapse remains.
