A second wave of explosions is occurring in Tehran.

Modern.az reports, citing foreign media, that several rockets have fallen on University Street and Jomhuri (Jomhuri) district in Tehran.

It is also reported that sounds of explosions were heard in Iran's Luristan province and the city of Tabriz.
