Nikol Pashinyan's candidacy for the post of Prime Minister of Armenia has been put forward.
Modern.az reports that Pashinyan made a post about this on his “Facebook” account.
It was noted that two stages of the “Civil Contract” party's internal elections have been completed.
"No appeals were received within the specified period to challenge the voting results. I thank all members of the Counting Committee, especially for the high-level and almost flawless organization of the two stages of the closed-secret ballot under the leadership of Committee Chairman Hakob Arshakyan. I am grateful to my party comrades for once again showing me their trust, entrusting me with leading the election list of the “Civil Contract” party, and deeming me worthy of the honor of being nominated as a candidate for the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia”, the post states.
