Sergey Lavrov said that an “open war” has been declared against Russia.
Modern.az reports that Lavrov, while evaluating the prospects of relations with the West, noted that the possibilities for coexistence and cooperation are now in the past.
According to him, open statements about preparations for a possible war against Russia are being made in the military structures of some European countries.
“I think some people in the General Staff of Belgium or Germany have openly stated that they are preparing for war with Russia, and Ukraine is helping them gain time. What could be more open than that?” Lavrov emphasized.
