Anna Akopyan intends to file a lawsuit against civil society representative Daniel Ionnisyan.
Modern.az reports with reference to local media that the reason for this was Ionnisyan's mentioning of violations in the "My Step" fund led by her.
The executive director of the "My Step" charitable foundation noted that her constitutional rights, including her rights as a voter, were violated and instructed her legal team to investigate the matter and take action.
The possibility of filing a complaint to initiate a criminal case against Daniel Ionnisyan and the possibility of filing a lawsuit against the "Independent Observer" block to demand compensation for the damage caused to the authority and business reputation of the "My Step" fund.
According to Anna Akopyan, the fund has no connection with the ruling party (although the fund was established by members and employees of Pashinyan's party).
Some time ago, Ionnisyan claimed that there were violations in the activities of the "My Step" fund and demanded that Anna Akopyan, the head of the fund, be held accountable.
