Deep internal divisions in Iran are the main obstacle to the US-Iran agreement.

According to Modern.az, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said this in an interview with "Fox News". He stated that another obstacle is that the US side does not negotiate only with the Iranian delegation.

"Then those Iranians have to negotiate with other Iranians to determine what they can agree to, what they can offer, what they are willing to do, and even who is willing to agree," Rubio added.
