US President Donald Trump, who stated that his relations with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un are good, expressed his dissatisfaction with the US's participation in joint military exercises with South Korea.
Modern.az reports that Trump noted in his post on the social network "Truth" that these exercises both created large financial costs and sent a hostile signal to North Korea, which did not threaten or disrespect the US during his presidency.
"Therefore, given that it is too late to cancel the exercises, I instructed Secretary of the Army Pete Hegseth to significantly reduce the joint military exercises," Trump said.
