The US military has allowed 15 ships to pass for humanitarian purposes during Iran's month-long naval blockade.
Modern.az reports that the US Central Command (CENTCOM) issued a statement about this.
"Four weeks ago, CENTCOM began blockading ships entering and exiting Iranian ports. To date, US forces have diverted 67 commercial vessels, allowed 15 ships to pass to support humanitarian aid, and immobilized four ships," the statement said.
The US military did not provide information on what cargo the ships were carrying.
It should be noted that the US has blockaded Iran's sea route since April 13 of this year.
