The World Health Organization has announced that the Ebola epidemic in Africa is starting to get out of control.
Modern.az reports with reference to foreign media that the spread of the virus in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda continues faster than the measures taken to prevent the epidemic.
According to the latest data, the number of probable victims has reached 220 people.
Among the factors that further complicate the situation are the lack of a vaccine against this strain of the Ebola virus and security problems in the regions where the epidemic is spreading.
