Mohammed Odeh, who had only a week ago begun leading the military wing of Hamas, was killed in an airstrike on the northern Gaza Strip.
Modern.az reports that this information has been confirmed by the Israeli army.
According to the Israeli army, Odeh, the former head of Hamas intelligence, was considered one of the main surviving organizers of the attack against Israel on October 7, 2023.
During the operation, it is noted that the shelter where another armed individual, reportedly involved in the attack, was hiding, was also hit.
