A man accused of attacking 15 people and killing at least 3 in Russia has fled the war zone in Ukraine.
Modern.az reports that The Moscow Times published information about this. According to the information, Andrey Kiyko from St. Petersburg fled and hid from the Ukrainian front, where he participated in battles in exchange for a pardon.
Andrey Kiyko, convicted of murder and attacks against women in Russia, has been put on the wanted list. He escaped from the hospital where he was being treated after being wounded in the war in Ukraine.
