Israel and Lebanon held the fourth round of talks in Washington.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by the official representative of the US State Department, Tommy Pigott.
“The fourth meeting of the Israeli and Lebanese delegations took place within the framework of the fourth round of direct talks held under the auspices of the United States at the State Department. Progress continues in the political and security fields,” he wrote in his post on the X social network.
Pigott noted that the US remains committed to supporting the talks. According to him, the next round is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3.
