The plan prepared by the US military included sending ground troops to Iranian territory and seizing enriched uranium by force. However, after the plan was prepared, US President Donald Trump did not approve the operation, fearing Iran's harsh reaction and its possible impact on the global economy.
According to sources who spoke to CNN, Iran's enriched uranium is located in several nuclear facilities in the country, mainly in the Isfahan, Natanz, and Fordo complexes. Uranium reserves are reportedly stored in deep underground tunnels.
