There are no major oil refineries left in Russia that Ukraine has not attacked.
Modern.az reports that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said this during his speech at the NATO Summit in Ankara.
According to him, Ukraine completely destroyed Russia's perception of having a strategic rear:
“For many years, they believed that they could safely keep military production, equipment, and other objects important for the war deep in the rear. They thought no one could reach them. But we did. Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles penetrated Russia's air defense systems yesterday and struck one of the oil refineries located in Siberia. This is not an exception, and there are no major oil refineries left in Russia that Ukraine has not attacked. One of the main tasks facing Europe is to create a reliable defense system against Russian ballistic missiles. This is one of the main advantages that Russia still maintains.”
