Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf said that the Strait of Hormuz will not be opened until oil sanctions are lifted.
Modern.az reports that, according to Qalibaf, oil sanctions must be lifted, frozen assets must be unfrozen, the US blockade must be removed, and threats and military operations on all fronts must be stopped.
He emphasized that the Strait of Hormuz will not be opened until these conditions are fully met.
Qalibaf also noted the importance of full implementation of all conditions reflected in the memorandum of understanding signed between Iran and Pakistan.
The Iranian Parliament Speaker warned that his country is ready to “inflict a heavier defeat on the enemy.”
