During the meeting, views were exchanged on the current state and development prospects of Azerbaijan-US bilateral relations, and the importance of further developing the partnership between the two countries across a wide spectrum was emphasized.
During the discussions, special attention was paid to the implementation of the Charter of Strategic Partnership between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the United States of America, as well as the results of the Baku Economic Dialogue.
In addition, the parties exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest and confirmed their readiness to continue close interaction and consultations on issues serving the promotion of peace, security, and prosperity.
