Iran's national football team will participate in the 2026 World Cup.
Modern.az reports that FIFA head Gianni Infantino said this at the organization's congress.
"Of course, the Iranian national team will participate in the World Cup. The team will play in the USA. The reason is simple: we need to unite so that people are together. This is our responsibility. The world unites with football," Infantino said.
