The acceptance of applications from judges through the "Affordable Housing" system has begun.

Modern.az reports that this was stated by the State Housing Construction Agency. It was noted that in accordance with the amendment made to the "Rules for granting mortgage loans, including preferential mortgage loans, at the expense of the Azerbaijan Republic Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund" by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 21.04.2026, No. 650, the range of citizens entitled to receive preferential mortgage loans and acquire apartments at a discount from the State Housing Construction Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been expanded. With the relevant amendment, "judges of the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan with at least 3 years of judicial experience" have also been added to the categories of citizens entitled to acquire housing at a discount.

In order to implement this Decree of the Head of State, the State Housing Construction Agency has made necessary changes and improvements in the "Affordable Housing" electronic system, and the documents to be submitted by judges falling into this category have been determined. The list of documents can be found in the section "Who can get affordable housing" on the mida.gov.az website.

These individuals can apply through the "Affordable Housing" system created on the "Electronic Government" portal (www.e-gov.az) using SİMA Digital Signature (//sima.az/az), Asan İmza (//asanimza.az/) or SİMA Token (Electronic Signature) (//sima.az/az/token) starting from 06.05.2026.

It should be recalled that to ensure the convenience of citizens who want to acquire affordable housing, answer questions related to the use of the "Affordable Housing" electronic system, and assist in creating an electronic cabinet, the "Affordable Housing" window serves citizens at the Baku "ASAN service" center No. 5 located in Baku. In addition, citizens can find answers to their questions by calling the "108 Call" center from any region of the country without coming to the "ASAN service" centers.
